The Co-op is moving!
Learn more about process and how you need to be involved.
As you may have heard the co-op will soon be relocating to a bigger, better, location with new equipment and amenities. In order to relocate the Co-op will need to raise significant capital. Luckily other co-ops across the nation have embarked on similar fund raising missions to build new stores, to renovate, and/or to relocate with great success. One of the hallmarks of cooperative fundraising is owner investment. By offering owner investment opportunities, such as preferred shares, the Co-op can not only reduce the need to borrow and pay higher interest rates to banks but also provide our owners with an opportunity to directly invest in their community and local business, all while earning a fair return on their investment.
Come to one of our two Relocation Forums to learn about Preferred Shares and the relocation process.
