Return Philosophy

RETURN PHILOSOPHY

 

We want everyone to love what they buy at the Co-op. We know, though, that isn’t always they case. If, for whatever reason, you aren’t happy with what you bought from the Co-op, we want to make things right for you! That’s why we have the following philosophy on returns:

The Co-op will gladly accept returns on any item that did not meet your needs.

·      We will replace any single food item in the store that does not meet your needs.

·      A receipt and the returned item must be brought in for a refund.

·      Perishable items must be returned (with receipt) within three (3) days of purchase. All other items may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase.

·      Returns with a receipt will be refunded to the initial form of payment. Check payments can be immediately refunded with store credit, or by company check which will be mailed within 14 days from the return.

·      Returns without a receipt may receive store credit for the lowest price offered on the identical product within the last thirty (30) days. If the return amount is under $5, cash may be given.

·      Receipt is required for general merchandise, body care and wellness items over $20.

·      There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders and alcohol.

·      All returns and/or exchanges are subject to the discretion of the management.
